You’re not alone in this pain.

I have often felt alone in my pain. Like no one else can relate to all the feelings I have. Feeling like I’m the only one in this emotional chaos. A tumbleweed of emotions. The wind blowing me left, right and all around! Everyday trying to center myself, and capture every thought captive. I have questioned my Heavenly Father, “Why me?” Why do I have tall these emotions, this kind of story, a story of pain, division, different types of abuse, addictions, hardship, sorrow, a generation of brokenness?

The Lord replied, “Why not you Reyna”? I want to use your pain to touch the lives of many. Your pain, your stories, your life is relatable to many. You just don’t realize it because they are suffering in silence. And the more you keep your pain to yourself the longer you all will suffer in silence.

I walked on this earth to set people free. I gave you that story because I knew I could trust you with that pain. I knew I could trust you to share it to set other people free.

I want to break every chain, addictions, strongholds, and demonic spirits that cause chaos in the lives of my children.

I want people to see my power working through you. I want people to experience my healing power through your redemption story.

My love is sufficient. My love heals all wounds. My love turns your ashes in to something beautiful.

I am mighty to save.

I am your true companion.

I am your healer.

I am your healing balm.

I gave you all those emotions so you can write and bring healing to many.

Will you write? Will you sing? Will you paint? Will you draw? Will you create? Will you speak?

Will you stop running from my purpose for your life.

Will you be willing to share the redemption story I am writing through you?

Will you allow me to create something beautiful with your ashes? – God

Maybe, I was chosen to forgive?

“Maybe, I was chosen to forgive? ”

@reynamorrisco

Clinging to bitterness causes further wounding.

Some examples of that are uncontrollable anger, hate, digestive issues, body tension, headaches, isolation, on going grief, anxiety and fear. And hurting more people because of your past pain.

Have you ever heard the saying, “ Hurt people, hurt people and healed people, heal people”.

Which one do you prefer to be?

I know I prefer to be healed!

Choosing to forgive is to stop focusing on what others have done to us and focus on what Jesus has already done for us.

Forgiveness is being in the presence of our Heavenly Father.

@reynamorrisco

That is His nature. So to forgive is to be more like Him. We find salvation which gives us the confidence in knowing forgiveness is the key to living freedom from our past hurts.

Friend, we must move forward! It’s time to let go of what hinders our growth. To trust God with the pain. To pray for the willingness to forgive. No sin is to great (abuse, addiction, adultry, murder, stealing, lying) for Our Father, He is mighty and He will cleanse our heart from the pain that so easily cripples our spirit and entangles us in the cobb webs of hate and unforgiveness.

Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing. Luke 23:34

PRAYER

Heavenly Father, my heart is numb, my spirit is heavy. The hate in my heart is growing. Cleanse my heat and mind Lord. Make it obedient to your word. Give me the willingness to forgive my abusers, those that have hurt me. As well as the willingness to forgive myself for the pain I also caused to others. Thank you for dying on the cross for my sins and the sins of others. You are a perfect example of choosing to forgive. Thank you for choosing me to offer the gift of forgiveness to others and myself. May they see your power in your forgiveness. I let go of the burden, I release _____ (person or the pain). I am a new creation free from my past. Ready for the abundant life you have called me to! A redeemed heart I have to give to others. My I walk in my calling to forgive so others can experience you. Jesus Name, Amen!
